Star Sushi began in Madison, Wisconsin in 2023 — built on 17 years of sushi craftsmanship. What began as a family dream is now a State Street favorite, where every roll is shaped by hands that have spent nearly two decades perfecting the craft.

We are proudly local and family owned. That means every decision starts with our community — from the fish we select each morning to the way we greet you at the counter. Our chefs prepare every sushi roll, boba tea, ramen bowl, and poke bowl fresh each day, because we believe great food can’t be rushed and quality can’t be faked.
From our kitchen to hospitals and campuses across Madison, we proudly supply fresh sushi to UW Health and Madison Technical College. Whether it’s fueling healthcare heroes or feeding hungry students, we’re honored to be part of this city’s daily life.
